Financial Assistance

We never want finances to prevent your student from attending Summer Camp. Each year, our generous church family gives specifically to help cover costs for students, making camp more accessible for families who need assistance. Financial assistance is available as funds allow and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage families to apply early. Our heart is to help as many students experience camp as possible.

Steps to request Financial Assistance:

Step 1: Register & Secure Your Spot
Complete the registration form below and submit the $125 deposit to reserve your student’s spot. Due to limited transportation, space is limited this year and a deposit is required to hold a spot. Within the form, you can indicate how much financial assistance you may need. We ask families to contribute as much as they’re able, helping our sponsorship fund support as many students as possible.

Step 2: Watch for Next Steps
After completing registration and submitting your deposit, keep an eye out for a follow-up email from our Youth Pastor with next steps and additional details.
